8:00 - 8:20: Welcome/Morning Prayer (Liturgy of the Hours)
8:20 - 8:45: Community Business Meeting
8:45 - 9:15: Fellowship/Refreshments
9:15 - 10:00: Formation Breakout Sessions
10:00 - 10:10: Break
10:10 - 11:00: Mental Prayer/Spiritual Assistant’s Talk
11:00 - 12:00: Holy Mass (when a priest is available)
12:00 Noon: Dismissal
